Sifu Anthony Bledsoe, owner of 3D Self Defense, is a 4th degree black belt in Shaolin Wushu Kung Fu. He is the afterschool martial arts instructor and the liaison for the martial arts curriculum for all programs. He has training and/or teaching for over 40 years and was a Nationally ranked competitor on the NASKA Circuit. He currently is training professional UFC fighters here in Maryland. He also has disciplines in Kuntao, Filipino grappling and Boxing.

Sifu Marvara Isaac, RN-BSN, is the owner and operator of the school. She has been a student of martial arts for over 18 years. She currently holds a blackbelt in T’ien Shan Pai and is currently studying Brunei Silat. She has been the operator of Superior Martial Arts Training Center for over a decade. She has a passion for the arts and overall health and fitness both as a martial artist and as a Registered Nurse. She has enjoyed serving the families of the DMV area for over a decade.
